Have a complaint about a financial firm?

AFCA provides free, independent dispute resolution for complaints about financial products and services.

Take your complaint to the financial firm first. Check whether the firm is an AFCA member before asking AFCA to consider your complaint.

Received court papers?

If you receive a notice about being taken to court, Moneysmart says to get free legal advice straight away.
