Private by design.
Letter details, budget figures and contact-log entries are processed in your browser. DebtReply does not send them to its server or save them in a database, cookies or browser storage.
While you write
Your entries stay in the current page’s memory. Refreshing, closing or leaving the page can lose them. There is no account, autosave, saved-letter database or case upload. Your browser and extensions may have their own features, such as autofill or clipboard history.
When you export
Downloading puts a file on your device. Copying places the text on your clipboard. These copies remain under your control and may be accessible to other people using the device.
Open in email first shows a handoff notice. Continuing passes the letter to your selected email app, which may save a draft with your email provider. You add the recipient and send the message yourself. DebtReply does not send emails or know whether a message was delivered.
PDF creation loads a font file from this site. The font request does not contain your letter. If a character is not supported in the PDF, use Copy text instead.
What we count
Cookieless Vercel Web Analytics is enabled for page visits and fixed interaction labels. The prepared event labels describe letter type, output method, guide or help page. They do not contain anything you enter.
Query strings and fragments are removed from analytics page URLs and unrecognised paths are dropped. We do not use session replay or advertising trackers.
Hosting and other websites
Vercel hosts the site and processes connection information needed to deliver pages, such as your IP address and requested URL. That is separate from entries processed in your browser. Fonts are served by this site.
External links, including Foundlab and source websites, have their own privacy practices. Calling a helpline uses your phone service. Avoid putting personal details into a page URL or a public search.
